“Hispanic Access Foundation (HAF) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their Forestry Program as an Administrative Coordinator. The Forestry Program manages $4 million a year in passthrough grants and oversees programming designed to increase equitable access to trees and green spaces, especially in disadvantaged communities. This role will support grant management activities, administrative tasks, and the overall goals of the department.Roles include grant Management Support, meeting and Event Coordination, research and Reporting, & financial Administrative Support.

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, forestry, environmental studies, or related field.
– Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a nonprofit or grant-funded environment.
– Knowledge of contract administration, federal grants, and compliance.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
– Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Interest in environmental conservation and forestry initiatives is a plus.
– Ability and willingness to work in a virtual/remote environment.
– Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.”
