Description:

“The project involves using long-term data to study changes in forest types and the effects of fire on forest regeneration. Research will be conducted on the Hoosier National Forest in southern Indiana. The position is budgeted for two years, beginning in the spring semester of 2025.

Requirements:
– GPA of 3.2 or higher
– Undergraduate degree in forestry, botany, ecology, plant science, biology, or a related field
– Experience conducting field research
– Interest in forest ecology and the response of forests to disturbance
– GRE scores are not required, but may be submitted
