Description:

“These NSF-funded PhD positions focus on researching environmental DNA (eDNA) transport in streams across the U.S., with fieldwork at NEON sites. The project aims to study processes controlling eDNA transport, using field experiments at streams near the host institutions and summer field campaigns across NEON sites. The positions are ideal for students interested in freshwater ecology, community/population ecology, biodiversity, hydrology, biogeochemistry, and environmental genomics. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, teamwork, and increasing diversity and equity in science.

Requirements:
