Description:
FEMA is looking for talented individuals to join the Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (EHP) Cadre as Environmental Protection Specialists under FEMA’s Reservist Program. This role supports FEMA’s mission by providing environmental planning and historic preservation services during disaster responses.
Requirements:
– U.S. citizenship.
– Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.
– Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
– Valid Driver’s License.
– Experience in environmental protection (1 year preferred).
– Knowledge of NEPA, ESA, Clean Water Act, Executive Order 11988 (Floodplain Management), Executive Order 11990 (Wetland Management), and wastewater management.”
