Description:
JC Biology LLC is a company specializing in environmental monitoring for the protection of vulnerable species in construction projects across Puerto Rico. Presently, the company is seeking an environmental monitor to provide services for a construction project in Maunabo, PR.
Responsibilities:
– “Monitoring of vulnerable species in the perimeter area during construction process
– Orientation to employees about vulnerable species.
– Prepare written reports of sightings
Requirements:
– Ability to conduct wildlife identification, surveying, and monitoring with appropriate techniques and procedures.
– Ability to interpret data and provide advice to support management and conservation decisions based on the best available data and scientific information.
– Bilingual (English/Spanish).
– Valid driver’s license.
-Preferred experience and bachelor in Science, but is not required.”
